  • The Bridge
    ES worked extensively with disability provider, The Bridge, in the development of their Enterprise Risk Management System as well as a complete rebuild of their OHS Management System.
  • Wannon Water
    In consultation with Wannon Water, Enhance Solutions designed a three tiered leadership program comprising a range of facilitated single and multiple day workshops delivered over a 12 month period.

    The program successfully achieved a range of outcomes including improvements in individual awareness, commitment and observed safe behaviour of personnel, as well as a staggering 310% increase in reporting of OHS issues and a 51% reduction in the LTIFR. As a result of this the organisation achieved certification in AS4801.

    Wannon Water Case Study

  • World Vision
    "Our dealings with the team at Enhance Solutions made a significant difference to the successful development of the Directorate OHS Service Plan and our practical and applied knowledge of OHS systems and procedures. Their focus on ensuring the Plan and supporting tools were practical and relevant played a major role in people developing improved knowledge and confidence when considering and actioning appropriate OHS behaviours."
  • CSR
    Enhance Solutions has worked with CSR for over a decade on various projects. These have ranged from a four day safety leadership program through to assisting in the development of a behavioural based safety program. We have also been involved with the refresher training for all forklift drivers within CSR. As a part of their refresher program a four hour session was included on the importance of culture and behaviours on a day to day basis.
