Debra established Enhance Solutions along with Sally Bennett over seven years ago. Since that time the company has partnered with many organisations, both large and small in order to progress their culture along the maturity continuum.
Deb is an Occupational Health and Safety specialist with key skills in the creation and implementation of cultural change which has a strong emphasis on the development of safety leaders within a business.
She is known as a dynamic workshop facilitator who consults
with organisations to identify key learning and development needs.
She then designs and facilitates workshops that are practical, fun
and highly interactive in areas ranging from communication through
to Safety Leadership.
Deb works on both long and short term projects. Short term projects have included identifying the knowledge required by the executive team of a national organisation regarding their OHS leadership roles and responsibilities and developing and presenting workshop reflecting these. Longer term projects include working with multi-national companies on a cultural change programs, some of which are now in their fifth year. These courses range from half a day to four days.
Deb holds a Grad. Dip. in OHS Management, a Grad. Dip. in Business Management and a Degree in Social Work. She is a certified NLP practitioner and coach.
Current clients include Holcim (formerly Readymix), Toll, CSR and Downer Australia.
Sally Bennett

Sally is an Occupational Health and Safety and Risk Management professional with expertise in developing Risk and Safety Management frameworks, systems development, and implementing cultural change, including working with the safety and risk leaders within a business through safety training. Providing comprehensive and pragmatic advice in all aspects of Risk and Safety, Sally specialises in developing strategies and systems in the context of the broader strategic business objectives that can be applied at all levels of an organisation.
Sally has a strong manufacturing and corporate background. She held a senior corporate risk management role for a large multinational manufacturing organisation, and a site safety manager role in a plastics manufacturing organisation. In more recent years Sally has been working as a consultant, both in assisting organisations with safety culture change, and in assisting organisations to understand and manage their business risks.Sally assists teams have a strong vision for safety, and a strategic approach for achieving this vision. This is followed by developing a commitment in individuals, and building strong, visible and genuine leadership skills from the Executive Teams through to the shop floor. This is achieved through fun, highly interactive training workshops, and developing processes to embed the behaviours in the workplace. Sally holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Science, and Graduate Diplomas in Chemical Engineering and in Occupational Hazard Management.Sally drives improved safety and risk management performance into organisations through the development of strong leadership skills and the implementation of pragmatic systems.
